Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders placed on the same day will be shipped within 1-2 business days at the latest. For deliveries, we depend on an external party. Delays may occur. We try to be as transparent as possible about this.

Returns
You may return the chosen goods within fourteen (14) days after delivery of our product(s), without penalty and without giving reasons. As soon as we have received the products back, we will refund the return amount to you.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing by post or email). This can be done at the following email address: info@pearllens.com

Conditions
We have set the following conditions for the right of withdrawal.
We only accept products under the return policy if the packaging and the product have been returned to us in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition. All accompanying documentation, samples, packaging materials, etc. must be included in the return shipment.

Pearllens is never liable for any damage, theft, or loss of the product or packaging during the return shipment. The costs of returning the products are your responsibility. The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lie with you.
